Different Like Me: A Book for Teens Who Worry about Their Parents Use of Alcohol/Drugs Reviews

This book is perfect for children or teenagers of addicted parents! Honestly, I've read a few books for young children of addict(s), and this one really broke things down through easy-to-understand explanations. It also included ways in which the child could help themselves. Additionally, the book was beautifully laid out. It included pictures, boxes with myths and facts, and little thoughts that a child/teen in this situation might have. The latter makes the book totally relatable and helps connect the child to the information being shared. I highly recommend this book to any young child or teenager who is struggling with the affects of their parent'(s') alcoholism.
