She is terrorized in her dreams and finds that an herb her father used keeps her sleep dream free. this story follows her as she makes her way to the King. The more lives she takes, the more she needs the herb. An unfortunate situation leads her to the Gypsies. She is forced to face the dream, but it is not what you would expect! Does she win in the end? Buy it and find out!James has taken us on a ride with Sofia. We watch as her innocence is lost completely with the death of her father. Each step she takes, every horrendous act she commits eats at her as it does the reader. We feel her losing her grip and her faith that the ends justifies the means.Truly remarkable book, so well written and captivating. James Fuller is definitely on my authors to read list!!
Received this book ARC from the author in exchange for an honest opinion. This is mine. This is the second book in the Unforgivable series. And I must say that this book is totally awesome!!!In the first book we met a father trying to save his daughter from the Lord . He saves her and takes her and hides her deep in the forest where no on e can find her until oneday they do. T he daughter was to seek revenge against the men that killed her father. From here my friends the story gets. So awesome !!! You have to read it to believe it!!! All I is WAY TO GO JAMES!!!!!!
Unforgivable II was a fantastic work of unpredictability and complex characters. The story lacked in no way and ended with a finality that put my heart in my throat. This instalment answered the question of the high price of vengence and if in the end is it worth it . Once again James Fuller's graphic imagery is seriously made for the screen. Another spectacularly gritty dark read! Even better then the first!
This is Sofia's story of revenge. It has been three months since her father was killed after the mercenaries discovered them, though they had been in hiding for years. Sofia has blackouts when she kills people and she is plagued by nightmares. I was liking this book slightly better than the first one. I like Sofia. 5 stars.
This sequel was better than the first. It flowed, with purposeful disjointedness. Sofia battles her demons well, lies poorly, and finally owns her story.
