Ian is my new man, I read this book in 4 hrs., I could not put it down I could not leave my Ian.SK has to write Alpha males that you fall in love with and continue your imaginary relationship long after you have read the last page, this book is no exception Ian a sexy Cajun man of my dreams he is one of the sexist characters I have read this year. The fact that he loves Trinity as hard as he does makes me love him more (sorry Trinity). The story line was full of surprises and hot passionate sex it’s so hot I held up my hand said” my turn!” the fact that a murder mystery is also in the storyline makes it that much better. I have been reading SK's book from the beginning every time she writes a new book I am more proud of her. My author grows with every book she writes , I don't get the feeling she's pushing books to make money, this author is writing because she loves it and I feel it every time I read on of her books . Thanks SK for writing wonderful books and thank for my new love Ian. <3

My girl SK is a genius. I loved this story of love, love lost and love renewed. SK gave her readers a different approach when introducing the alpha male character Ian. I will admit, at first, I didn't like Ian very much. He didn't fit the mold of her "fine as sin" characters that graced her previous book titles. This is what drew me in. I knew in my heart, their had to be more to this Cajun French talking sexy alpha male that didn't care about the impression he gave people. Ian wasn't rich and wealthy but he successfully seduced and fell in love with Trinity, a well known girl from a privileged family. Their love was short lived though, due to Ian being set up for a murder he did not commit. The book begins, not focused on Ian nor Trinity, but the spotlight is on Julius a successful mega church pastor that is enjoying the bountiful fruits of one of his many admiring female church members. The opening alone keeps you guessing where this story will lead.A very enjoyable read....

SK has done it once again with another great book and I absolutely loved it. Ian went to prison 6 years ago for a crime he didn't commit and now he is back on the scene and ready to get revenge, starting with his ex-wife Triniti. Triniti divorced him shortly after he was sent away to prison and according to his Grandmere, the child that Triniti claims died is still alive. This book had some action and adventure in it and it kept me guessing all the way to the end. The twists and turns in the story kept me on the edge of my seat. SK's Sin City Heat series is great but her stand alone books are right up there with them. Great job SK and I can't wait to read the next book.

Another great read from SK. I was a little iffy at the beginning because it was reading like a church book, but quickly it turned into the SK I know and love. Ian and Triniti super hot. They definitely had that incredible chemistry sexually, but the love was there also and I could feel it. There were lots of twists and turns, and SK really kept me guessing. Things that I thought would happen didn't so I was really kept on my toes reading this one.....well done.

Aaaannnd this one is getting DNF'd. Cheating doesn't work for me. I don't care if her fiance is a bit of a scumbag asshole himself. Not okay. Other than that this one was okay up to the 40% mark. Was on it's way to a 3 star. Would have really appreciated a warning though.

Once again SK has hit the ball out of the park!! Sins and Betrayals was a fast moving and entertaining read. I picked up this book and did not put it down until I finished. In this story we meet Ian, a man who was put in prison and robbed of several years of his life by being accused of a crime he didn't commit. Released on a technicality, Ian comes home to New Orleans to set things right, starting with the betrayal he felt from his ex wife Triniti. Seeing her again was not as easy at he first perceived it. Seeing her was a blow to his mental and physical senses. And when he drops a bomb on her, neither of their lives will ever be the same. Still reeling from the reappearance of her ex husband, Triniti fights to understand the turn her life has taken. Giving into to her feelings and admitting the truth to herself, she is thrown into whirlwind of emotions and confusion. Together Ian and Triniti fight to get back everything they lost and make their world right again. Will they succeed? You'll have to read the story to find out. This story had it all drama and oh so hot heat!! Ian and Triniti's chemistry was off the chart hawt!!!Even after being separated for 6 years their intense love was still fire!! I loved how SK gave such a vivid description of the Bayou. I'v never been, but reading this I felt like I was seeing it. This story was a fantastic read. If you don't get it you are depriving yourself greatly!!! Reasy for the next one SK!!!

Sins and Betrayals lives up to its title. Ian Betrand sets out to prove his innocence as well as seek revenge on those he believes betrayed him. Ian feels his ex-wife Triniti should have fought more for their marriage and believed in his innocence. Now six years later, Ian is free, Triniti is engaged to a pastor and Ian believes Triniti has committed the ultimate betrayal. Ian wants answers as well as uncover the real person who framed him for murder. Once Ian meets Triniti again, sparks fly and he battles with his need for revenge and answers. Will his quest for revenge overpower love…..readers will need to download this book and find out. OMG is all I can say regarding Sins and Betrayal. Again SK has outdid herself and I read or should I say consumed this book in 1 ½ days. I could not put this book down trying to see if Ian would go through with his revenge or would his love of Triniti allow him to forget about his revenge. She did an outstanding job developing Ian and Triniti’s characters displaying their instant attraction. Can we say sizzling hot and sexy love scenes! I loved how SK incorporated Ian’s grandmere and aunt into the story and again did I say the love scenes were off the chain. Great story!

'The Big Easy' certainly does not describe the sexy Cajun, Ian Bertrand's life. Due to unfortunte circumstances, Ian lost everything he held dear, but due to a technicality, he's back. And not only to right a wrong and reveal a grave injustice but also to face his past, Triniti Montclair. Even though she is far removed from the life she and Ian use to know, Triniti still has to face him. Because we all have to answer for our sins and betrayals sooner or in this case..later.Rating: 4 starsI really enjoyed this story. Very culturally rich in its description of Louisiana and its people. As I have visted New Orleans a few times, I definitely could picture this spirited place as I read. I enjoyed the mystery and mystic of certain scenes in the story (when you read it you will understand exactly what I mean). I was expecting a little more drama and suspense, especially when Ian was finally righting unresolved grievances. But otherwise, a good read.

This book right here is a perfect example of why Sk is one of MY FAVORITE AUTHOR!!! When SK writes a book she paints a broad picture of every sentence written placing you directly in the moment. I'm going to place Sins and Betrayals as my favorite book by SK and I must say that is a hard place to be considering I am a Die hard Sin City Heat fan but this book just leave me completely speechless!! The characters in this book was freaking amazing and the story line was so realistic I felt every kiss, tear, punch, laugh and heart ache this story had. EXCELLENT,EXCELLENT JOB SK and I look forward to reading your next book!!!!

Wow! I was sucked into this story right away. Ian and Triniti had some smokin chemistry. I couldn't help routing for them from the start. There was such a variety of characters which added originality to the story. It was fun, heart breaking and hopeful with some mystery thrown in. I loved Ian's grandmother. She was awesome especially with her talent for visions. SK never lets me down. This was another great read.

What two words is a way to describe this book in my opinion "Loved It"! The characters were likable and each had some sort of sin, or betrayal of their own. As the plot thicken it drew you in more and more.I would love to see a book based on the characters Julius, Pilar, and Ian attorney.Great read author SK!
