Twin Flames: More Love Poems Reviews

I was asked to review Kanta Bosniak's new book, Twin Flames: More Love Poems. I know the wonderful Kanta through our connection on Facebook. Her posts are always delightful and thought-provoking. She ministers many weddings, leads guided meditations and workshops, and is the author of many other books. She is the type of spiritualist I love to follow since she is well-versed in a myriad of religions available to us and never levies judgment on people for the way they are or their lifestyle choices. She wears another hat, artist, and her work is shown all over. In her new release, Twin Flames, Kanta delivers another round of creative poetry and whimsical art. The book is peppered with glorious quotes about love from the greatest thinkers. Her poetry is truly from the heart. Her pieces range from playful to little heart pangs. She gives every reader a gift. It is a gift that love is real, possible and begins with yourself. In an hour one Sunday evening, she took this hardened Northern woman and reduced her to a pile of mush. It was absolutely disgusting to realize that I am such a damn softy. A romantic even. Yet, her poetry helped open a door in my own heart that I thought closed years ago. It was a very important part of my particular healing process. So what are you waiting for? Gift it to your favorite woman. Read it for yourself. Quote from it to your beloved. Enjoy the artwork. Let yourself remember what it is truly like to love.

Poetry is possibly one of the most subjective of the literary art forms out there, and it is also somewhat of a dying art form. Since it is often under-appreciated in today's society, it can be difficult to review. However, I happen to enjoy poetry, and this particular book of poetry has some redeeming qualities for me that would definitely cause me to recommend it--especially as a gift to give to your sweetheart.I absolutely adore the drawings in the book and the quotes from classic poets. I love the poets from long ago, and this was nice to see those scattered throughout the book. I also enjoyed the variety of poetry encased within this particular volume. While I could not readily relate to all of it, I would say that most of it had quite vivid word pictures. That is something at which the author definitely is an expert.I will admit that some of the premise was difficult for me to comprehend. I am not of a metaphysical nor New Age persuasion, so the introduction certainly was somewhat lost on me. I can also say that not ever experiencing the kind of love about which she spoke caused me not to connect. But it certainly ignited a thirst within me. I would heartily recommend this book of poetry to lovers of literature, poetry, and romance.I was sent a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. I was not financially compensated, and all opinions are 100 percent mine.

This is the fourth book from Kanta's 'Love Collection' and I am impressed, in fact I have these books in my bedroom as I believe that just by reading a couple each night can work wonders to try and break down the walls I have built over the years around my own heart. You are greeted by carefully thought out symbolic hand drawn pictures each with its own meaning. Which nicely leads you into the spiritually led, fun and witty, off the wall uplifting poems by the author, each providing suggestions/hints/triggers to learning to love ourselves and embracing the life we are given for all it is.I feel that Kanta is growing herself as she writes the poems in the collection as she prompts the reader to open their heart, to love and receive love. I found that the strength of a word in a sentence can pull at you as you realise that is where you are now, highlighting the need for change. There can be only one outcome on reading Kanta's books, a feeling of joy and page by page either your heart begins to open or if you are already at that stage you treasure and seek more of the love you have.

Love, Love, Love and more Love! All of these books are fabulous. Mind you these books are poetry, and poetry in my opinion is very hard to review in most cases. I usually don't read poetry or love stories in the first place, but with that said, I totally dig it! They make my soul feel happy and I enjoyed every single one. I actually have been wanting to write one out and make it pretty and all and give it to my hubby to show him my love to him. He likes when I do that ;) I feel as though she knows who we are when ut comes to love and showing love to each other and ourselves. I believe that those of us who are lovers have a sense of each other, unlike those who are not lovers, and I feel she has a connection to those who are lovers and knows who she is reaching out to.On that note, the drawings are AMAZING! I love whimsical pictures and these are just beautiful. The pictures give me a sense of love, spiritually and a safe haven. It's easy on the eyes and relaxes all my senses.Again, I enjoyed these books so much and I believe they need to be shared.

The newest book in the 'Love Collection' is Twin Flames. This book blends spirituality, spiritual bliss, sensuality, raw human emotion, love for the beloved and the Inner Beloved. It includes Kanta’s original poems and classical quotes, served up with whimisical illustrations. I enjoyed all of the poems so much that I read them with my husband! Not to mention the illustrations… they were fun to look at. And honestly? There were a couple that I colored in. :-) For me, coloring is a huge stress reliever, and this book brought two great stress relievers – the wonderful poems that made you feel good inside and almost made you think, as well as the illustrations that made you want to color them in yourself.

Okay so I totally feel Kanta Bosniak is in my head lol. I love coloring mandalas and even doodling in my books. Her poems are light hearted and really speak to me on a deep level. I find the whole collection to be relaxing, and I kept a smile the whole time I read the poems. Since sitting down and reading all the books in one sitting, I have re-read them several times. My favorites are "Twin Flames" from Twin Flames, "Rainbow" from Awakened Love, & "Mind Reader" from Love Poems.I would recommend these books to anyone who is in love, awakening their soul, or even fans of the "Chicken Soup for the soul series".

All I need to say about Twin Flames is this: Bass Guitar Tanka. That poem completely sums up my life with my husband and how I feel about him. I love it. Just five lines on a page, yet it is perfect. Then there is The Love Whisperer, which is just as perfect. I plan on memorizing a lot of the poems so that they can run freely through my mind as I go through my day.I recommend this book to anyone that enjoys uplifting poetry and wonderful illustrations that make your heart smile.Disclaimer: I received a copy of this book free from the author for review purposes. Regardless, all opinions are my own. I was not required to write a positive review.

Twin Flames, More Love Poems by Kanta Bosniak was like having a “one-to-one” mind to body affair with the author herself. What an extraordinary experience it was and still is as it lingers on. Like in a reverie with quotes, Minuet and Like in the Movies became my favourite reasons to re-read Twin Flames while thanking Sharon who introduced Kanta to me through her writing and spiritual guidance. It is a must read to truly understand the meaning of life.Adriana LG

After reading this book I just had to share it with my husband. We both found the poems to be thought provoking and started me discussions with these poems. I love the way she describes love in all the many daily things we do and see.

It came this morning and I have just finished reading it. Quite spiritual in parts but a good read. The drawings are a nice touch.
