a family under the stars Reviews
This was my first trip to Sugar Falls, and I can't wait to revisit through Ms. Jeffries backlist. I loved the chemistry between Charlotte and Alex. I loved her lists and rules, his vulnerability about not fitting into her world. And the secondary characters -- her daughters were so quirky! His grandfather was a hoot! The author has this way of layering in depth by adding in the tiniest bit of backstory here and there, just snippets of memories, but enough to give you a much bigger picture of what is going on and why. I'm thrilled to have discovered a new-to-me author and the small town she's created in Idaho.
Does what it says on the tin -- a fun romance with two nice people who have matching sets of anxieties that keep them from talking for about 200 pages while their quirky kids and parents entertain the reader. It was fun and didn't spin its wheels. And set in Idaho!
Received this book from a Goodreads giveaway and I absolutely loved it! A nice little romanic story that makes you want to go and enjoy the outdoors.

You are pulled into the book from the first pages. I was drawn in, and didn’t want to put the book down. It kept me on the edge of my seat reading from cover to cover. I really enjoyed the storyline & characters. The author has also brought us a great plot. I really enjoy the authors writing style. I would recommend this book to anyone.
